Together, Let’s Support the Children of Box School
Friends of Box School is a Parent-Teacher-Friends Association (PTFA) whose primary role is to directly benefit the children of Box Church of England Primary School through the raising of funds and organising of the following:
- Extra curricular activities – fundraise, organise and support clubs and other extra curricular activites
- Events
- Community Cohesion – developing relationships between staff, families and the local community.

PTFA Commitee
The PTFA was founded in January 2025. Committee roles are for a year with the roles currently filled as follows:
- Chair – Matthew Graham
- Treasurer – Sarah Alexander
- Secretary – Sarah Alexander
- Committee Member – Mariana Lewis
- Committee Member – Genevieve Jenkins

Events
Our Community Feast will be held on Friday 27th March 2026. We will feed well over a hundred grown ups and children in the Box School Community a sit down three course meal – For FREE! Celebrating everything that is wonderful about communal eating, our incredible children with chop, kneed, stir, forage and serve. There is no charge and there will be no requests for donations on the day. This is for everyone.

Get involved
The great news is that if you’re a parent or carer of a child at Box School, or a member of our supportive community, you’re already part of the PTFA! We’d love for you to join us at the next meeting—it’s a great opportunity to meet new people, learn more about the school, raise essential funds, and help make a positive impact on the children and the wider school community.
